construction and development division, spearheaded by Alan S.
Macken provides clients with a unique scope of services. Alan
maintains an active role in many different phases of development.
His services have been demanded throughout South Florida as
both a consultant and principal of an array of residential and
commercial projects. During this time he has also built, listed
and sold luxury single-family homes in Golden Beach, Sarasota,
Delray Beach, Wilton Manors, Miami Beach, Aventura's Country
Club Estates, Highland Lakes and Windmill Ranch Estates. His
commercial resume has included projects throughout the State
of Florida. Currently, Alan and his associates are developing
award winning luxury communities throughout Miami-Dade, Broward
and Palm Beach counties. |
